At González Byass, visitors will discover the world's largest bottle rack of sherry wines, with bottles dating back to the 19th century. Tasting the most exclusive wines at the Pedro Nolasco restaurant or staying at the Hotel Tío Pepe, a boutique hotel inspired by an ancient wine tradition, turns this visit into a sensory journey.
The winemaking experience continues at Osborne, where visitors can stroll through manicured gardens and magnificent courtyards before enjoying a tasting in a winery dating back to 1829. There, they will learn about the Solera y Criaderas aging and ageing system, which houses the largest collection of VORS wines in the Jerez region, with soleras founded between 1790 and 1903. They will also be able to taste the wines on the vine directly from the winery.
