Destilerías Zoco opens its doors for you to discover one of the most authentic and deeply rooted traditions of Navarra, through an experience full of color, aroma and flavor.

We offer you this unique tourist experience in which you can enjoy the essence of Zoco in the open air, in contact with the sloes from which our pacharán is born. We will start with a visit to our production facilities, where you will be able to visualize the step-by-step process of the elaboration of our pacharán. Afterwards, we will go to one of our blackthorn farms, very close to the distillery, to observe a blackthorn plantation and learn about the evolution of the vegetative cycle. Afterwards, we will have a tasting workshop in the open air and in the same farm where we will appreciate all the nuances of pacharán and its place of origin.

Pacharán Zoco Distillery
C. Condesa de la Vega del Pozo, s/n 31263 Dicastillo, Navarra

The Zoco distillery, located in Dicastillo, Navarra, is known for the production of pacharán, a traditional liqueur with a strong Navarrese identity. Founded in 1956, the brand specializes in an artisanal process that uses 100% Navarrese sloes macerated in natural aniseed, with no added coloring or flavoring, and has the Specific Denomination of "Pacharán Navarro". Its history is rooted in the local culture, having evolved from homemade methods to become an international reference.

The site where Zoco pacharán is produced stands out for its unique environment: a 6-hectare estate surrounded by the historic gardens of the Palace of the Countess of Vega del Pozo. This location not only houses the distillery, but also sloe plantations that illustrate the entire production process, from cultivation to bottling.

In addition to production, Zoco has developed a tourist experience, offering guided tours that combine history, culture and tradition. These visits include tours of the gardens, crops and distillery facilities.

Feelings to live and touch in a singular journey through how much we are.
