The visit begins at our “Finca de las Amedias”, where we will visit our vineyards to learn about their annual cycle, their characteristics and our valuable terroir.
Then, join us on a tour of our winery led by a specialized guide, where you will learn the secrets of our winemaking process, our barrel room and special vinification tanks.
The visit ends in our modern tasting room, led by a specialized guide, where we will pair each of the wines with premium cheeses from “La Quesera de Rueda”.

Ramón Bilbao began his project in Rueda in 2010 with the objective of exploring the uniqueness of the terroir in the region and amplifying knowledge of its landscapes. The appeal of Rueda as a project lies in the extreme nature of its landscape and the remarkable ability of the Verdejo variety to make exceptional wines in challenging conditions of high altitude and a continental climate.
The region presents a unique opportunity to produce some of the best Spanish white wines. The winery is located in Finca las Amedias, a 60-hectare vineyard on the outskirts of Rueda (Valladolid) at an altitude of 770 meters, a feature that helps keep the grapes in perfect condition throughout the year and guarantees the freshness of the aromas of Ramón Bilbao's white wines.
