Then, we move to our winemaking room accompanied by a specialized guide, where you will learn more about the elaboration of our young and aged white wines. Here every visit is special and we will adapt to your profile so that you can learn all the secrets about our elaborations.

Ramón Bilbao began his project in Rueda in 2010 with the objective of exploring the uniqueness of the terroir in the region and amplifying knowledge of its landscapes. The appeal of Rueda as a project lies in the extreme nature of its landscape and the remarkable ability of the Verdejo variety to make exceptional wines in challenging conditions of high altitude and a continental climate.
The region presents a unique opportunity to produce some of the best Spanish white wines. The winery is located in Finca las Amedias, a 60-hectare vineyard on the outskirts of Rueda (Valladolid) at an altitude of 770 meters, a feature that helps keep the grapes in perfect condition throughout the year and guarantees the freshness of the aromas of Ramón Bilbao's white wines.
