A special and exclusive visit in an incomparable environment, to discover through a gastronomic experience, Borges products and crops of the Mas de Colom farm. The experience includes a visit to Borges Experience to discover its history, its origins, the essential properties of nuts and edible oils, the transformation of a raw material into a product of higher added value and that is projected to the world. After the visit we will learn to distinguish the main qualities of 2 types of extra virgin olive oil and differences in texture and flavor of nuts.

Mas de Colom - Casa Borges is an agri-food brand center that offers an immersive, positive, informative and educational experience, based on the main values of the Borges Group(origins, family tradition, innovation, healthy products, internationalization, sustainability). The experience takes place in a unique historical and patrimonial building complex, highlighting ancient uses such as a medieval farmyard, a Cistercian abbey from the early 19th century and a military hospital from 1938.
Mas de Colom is a 70 ha farm surrounded by Mediterranean crops such as olive, almond, walnut and pistachio trees, being, therefore, a demonstration farm linked to the activity of the Borges Group. The land is managed with good practices for the conservation and improvement of biodiversity.
Mas de Colom - Casa Borges is part of the Grand Tour de Catalunya, an itinerary to know, discover, live and taste Catalunya by car. It has also received the Biosphere Certified distinction, which recognizes a center aligned with the 17 goals of the 2030 Agenda.
