Immersive Olive Oil Tourism

A real immersive tour inside an old farmhouse with audiovisual and artistic resources themed on the production of extra virgin olive oil and tasting to learn about the positive attributes and differences between different varieties. You will also enjoy a workshop to experiment with aromatic oils in the kitchen of the farmhouse and the traditional harvest among older trees. The experience is unique for its historical and patrimonial environment due to the combination of immersive, informative and artistic digital resources in an authentic environment surrounded by olive groves of 26 ha within a protected natural area for steppe birds. A combined experience between the authenticity of an agronatural space, the digital informative resources projected inside the historical heritage and the tasting guided by expert olive oil guides. At the end of the tasting, the assessments of the Borges tasting panel will be displayed in contrast with the assessments of the public.
The Mas de Colom estate produces an extra virgin olive oil from green harvesting of the Arbequina and Verdiell varieties, both from the province of Lleida, which provides a unique aroma and flavor.
