Start the morning with a pleasant visit and breakfast at Viña Canariera, where you can learn about the tasks that are performed in the field for the care of the Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes.
Once the day in the countryside is over, you will be taken to the Bodega Tío Pepe, in the heart of the historic center of Jerez, to learn about the Solera and Criaderas system used to age our wines, brandies and vinegars. You will walk through vine-lined streets, discover the most secret corners of the winery and have exclusive access to the world’s largest bottle cellar of Sherry Wines, with large collections from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. There you will have the opportunity to taste some of our most exclusive and limited wines.
And to end this VIP Visit, enjoy a paired lunch in one of the spaces reserved exclusively for our SuperLuxe clients.

The History of Tío Pepe?
Bodegas Tío Pepe is a monumental complex of wineries located in the historic center of Jerez, a reference of the winemaking tradition of the nineteenth century. With its Andalusian courtyards, vine-lined streets and spectacular centuries-old cellars, some of the best Sherry Wines and Brandies of Jerez are aged here.
The young Manuel María González Ángel acquired his first winery in 1835, with the firm intention of producing sherry wines. Just five years later, he expanded the facilities with the core winery known as La Constancia.
Today, you can stroll among the houses, streets, vineyards and wineries that make up Bodegas Tío Pepe and taste the fruit of more than 180 years of experience.
