Riofrio Essence. Guided tour and premium tasting
We begin the visit with a tour of our facilities accompanied by our guide to learn first-hand about our history, the sturgeon cycle and our production process.
Once we have immersed ourselves in the environment we will proceed to our tasting room where we will appreciate the different characteristics of the product as well as taste our three recipes. The vertical tasting is the best way to taste the caviars we have. It consists of three cans per couple, 15 grams each of our three recipes of Naccarii Caviar, which we will pair with Piper Heidsieck Champagne, Viña Monty Viura white wine or Cavalli Vodka.
This experience will allow you to taste the three recipes of our caviar and to bring out the essence of each one.

Located at the foot of the Sierra de Loja, between Granada and Malaga, is the cozy village of Riofrio, with over 60 years of experience in aquaculture, we are proud to be pioneers in the breeding of sturgeon and the production of the first organic caviar in the world. Our efforts are focused on preserving the natural habitat of our native sturgeon (Acipenser naccarii), ensuring a product of exceptional quality and sustainability.
