Journey to the Tasting Center
Accompanying us on a tour conducted by a specialized guide through our winery, where you will learn the secrets of our elaborations, our barrel room and special vinification tanks. We will recreate the whole process of elaboration and transformation from the grape, passing through the must and finally becoming wine. Observing the elements involved in aging and aging you will discover what happens inside a barrel and the contribution that oak wood gives to the wine.
The visit ends in our tasting room, where we will pair each of the wines with a selection of premium cheeses handmade in the local cheese factory “La Quesera de Rueda” while we tell you the origin and elaboration of each variety and unveil the mysteries of the gastronomic harmony between cheese and wine.

Journey to the Tasting Center?
Ramón Bilbao began his project in Rueda in 2010 with the objective of exploring the uniqueness of the terroir in the region and amplifying knowledge of its landscapes. The appeal of Rueda as a project lies in the extreme nature of its landscape and the remarkable ability of the Verdejo variety to make exceptional wines in challenging conditions of high altitude and a continental climate.
The region presents a unique opportunity to produce some of the best Spanish white wines. The winery is located in Finca las Amedias, a 60-hectare vineyard on the outskirts of Rueda (Valladolid) at an altitude of 770 meters, a feature that helps keep the grapes in perfect condition throughout the year and guarantees the freshness of the aromas of Ramón Bilbao's white wines.
