“O Rosal” is known in Galicia for being a very suitable land for crops and nothing better than starting in the vineyard itself to confirm this. In the Eno-Van we took a tour of the vineyards and the surrounding landscape.

Back at the winery, we make a first pause to taste the Albariño “Abadía de San Campio”, and share these first sensations, before entering the winemaking area of Terras Gauda.

We follow the path that leads us to a new tasting room where we will taste the wines known as “The Terras Gauda Collection”, three wines with very different elaborations: “Terras Gauda”, “Terras Gauda Etiqueta Negra” and “La Mar”, which will allow us to know in more detail the influence exerted by the environment on the crop itself, always accompanied by a selection of Galician cheeses and nuts.

Participants will take home a Terras Gauda hat as a souvenir of the day.

How to get there

We are located in the southern part of the Bajo Miño region, in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia. On the banks of the river Miño, bordering Spain and Portugal, and close to its mouth, also near the exit to the Atlantic Ocean.
